We aim to manage our clinical resources effectively while providing a calm and professional environment for our patients.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
A NO-SHOW is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, a charge may well be made of the full missed appointment fee.
