Your Podiatrist asks if you could be open and honest with us when sharing your information as by law we need to keep a record of your treatments, personal and medical data. This information is gathered to understand your medical history and how this affects your foot related complaint and will be used when your podiatrist is assessing, diagnosing and formulating your Podiatry Treatment Plan. In order for the clinic to apply clinical knowledge, your podiatrist must first gather the information.
